Let's Talk About Ganesh

Father(Shiva) has a thread, so son ought to as well.

Ganesh may be one of the more recognized Hindu deities in the Western World, the elephant's head and round belly catching attention.

He is the good natured, sweet loving remover of obstacles. A favorite of many.

What do you know of Ganesh? What would you like to know?

I heard about Ganesh through this online comic (and representative page)

This was a comic about a wombat on a strange journey, and Ganesh was a side character.

I would suspect Ganesh has a good sense of humor...
The comic is different from most other online comics having just a dash of Hindu religiosity in it. It is somewhat humorous but mostly an adventure story up and free to read for years, and I think I first read it over 10 years ago while it was still unfinished and them making the last pages. I remember liking the style and the story seeming original and going on for 700 pages, and for some reason they are introducing Ganesh who is introduced as generous and compassionate yet still mysteriously distant from mortals ( the wombat being the exception ).

Sounds like an interesting comic.
