For such people it is often difficult to distinguish male from female; especially if they’re clothes are baggy and they’re over weight. Rather than a gender test, how about if we separate everybody on the basis of biology rather than gender? If you were born with only X sex Chromosomes, (assuming you do not have Swyers Syndrome) you play women's sports, and if you have the y you play with the men. Sounds like an easy fix to me.
