Losing weight when under lot of pressure, i have good tip on it that works 100%

Being calm means no energy. Which means one doesnt burn much to begin with. Stress is good for you, its being under too much pressure that is the trick to beating
Nah. Being calm doesn't mean no energy.
And stress releases a hormone called cortisol. It's really not good for us and can do a lot of damage. It's impossible to be stress free, but being minimally stressed is optimal for our health.

Ok let me ask you something. Waking up is stress, doing work is stress. How do you even live without it XD so yes it is healthy and normal. Its more how you endure pressure that determines your health factor. If you deal with it poorly you would age worse.
Being stressed is part of living. Its pretty healthy just like jogging is. If you are stress free, most likely one is on a coach somewhere and doing whatever, lack of sun, lack of activity... hardly great.

Being in mountain in summer is good, activity and sun. Being stupid in summer is healthy for number of reasons. Relaxing is also good, but it usually is in context after certain activity done for the day. We saw how hipster movement in 2013 happend? Low energy culture, bad entertainment. Compared to early 2000s or 90s. So yeah cant say i am a fan.

I am 80s kid, and definitely not a hipster. And low energy isn't necessarily low stress. Something like moshing is very high energy and not stressful. A good workout is very high energy but not stressful.

Step 1: Make a vow that you wont eat unhealthy for a year til 1st June. In my case its til 2022 1st June.
Step 2: If you break the vow, you have to inflict a uncurable punishment. For me i promise i will chop off my right hand if i break it.
Step 3: Exceptions is allowed, like you can say "Exceptions is cake when family serves it" i have made a promise i wont eat cake or stuff during christmas this year as one exception rule. But think carefully before making the vow, because once made you cant break it or undo it.
Step 4: You can add more rules to the vow but not undo it. Example, i considered Pizza to be too much candy food, so i made a vow i will not eat it til 1st June has come. (Probably should have said cant eat pizza alone, but what the hey)

Step 5: Enjoy better life quality. Havent eaten unhealthy since then.

I think reason why "Promising yourself" doesnt work is because its so easy to break, because vague promises doesnt hold much up there.. But if your life feels at stake with a infliction.... then suddently its serious. So it helps if you are under lot of pressure and you dont know how to motivate or eat or live better.

Also my common rule is summer is the time of year when being stupid is totally fine.

But this helps any type of weight problems. Since weight tends to determine mobility and quality of life.
I got a better and quicker way. Meth.

Love the furries though. Except the most extreme ones. But furry stuff is a interesting thing spawned from late 80s... well that and action movies and other stuff
