Agriculture was around WAY before businesses and Capitalism.
You're missing my point, ie, that the arrival
of some tools enabled capitalism, exempli gratia,
agriculture. Note that I stated that agriculture
was first, so your re-statement of what I said
isn't a counter argument.

There are distinct dangers associated with abortion pills. I can only surmise upgrading the pills to a dangerous medication list may or may not be justified based on incidents that had happened with people who use them.

I'm sure most doctors would know if they feel a risk is too high.

I am betting that even today the odds of dying from a pregnancy are even higher.

EDIT I win:

And you have 4 deaths out of how many millions? The pill is far safer.

We could have had capitalism during ancient Greece and Rome and Egypt, but it seems more human nature try to keep others in their place, especially if they're beneath us. Freedom and liberty is a perpetual struggle against our baser feelings and expressions. You have to have that to have the free markets of capitalism.

The south can shove their sexist backwards views up their rears until it hits the back of their teeth
I worry a bit since people can have short memories. I think that as late as possible before the election that the Democrats should try to pass a national law on abortion rights. The Republicans could stop it from being passed and the Democrats need to force the Republicans to show their true nature.

In Lousiana, the maternal death rate is much higher than the US average: 39 per 100k, which would put it off the chart. BTW, 4 out of 5 maternal deaths are black women.

Very true; I've just read Issues of Concern for Charles Ballay.
Some useful but scary ideas.
Especially replacing the War On Drugs with treatment for addiction.
It's radical in 2 ways.....frightening.
An excerpt...

6. Holistic Drug and Alcohol Directives:

A. Decentralized Oversight: Allow states to set their drug policies. At the federal level, promote decriminalization, recognizing the failures of the War on Drugs.
B. Consistent Consumption Age: Pursue a consistent age requirement for all regulated substances.
C. Medical Approach to Addiction: Treat addiction as a health issue, not a criminal one, focusing on rehabilitation over incarceration.

I don't understand that post.
But I'll say that capitalism (like other systems)
thrives best in an environment with useful
laws & regulations. History shows this.

Yeah, you are a group thinking collectitvist and not a true libertarian. :D
There is no we to libertarians who mind their own business.
"Libertarians" are an illusion.
My being one is an illusion.
So I take no offense at your barbs.
Those are illusions too.

Yeah, even that you wrote that is an illusion or even you are an illusion. That it is all an illusion is also an illusion. This is funny.
But I am better at it that you, since you are more normal. I do get that, but you are fun when you won't admit that you are subjective.

"True" is an illusion.
"Right" is an illusion.
"Useful" is the best we can achieve.

For once, this kind of answer is serious.
True and right really aren't necessarily illusions though. Such as, the laws that govern electricity are true. For many humans there are also many truths, such as how we need other people and at least occasionally touched by them in a good way.
A butterknife is a useful replacement for a screwdriver, but it's not thr best achievable tool for the job. No would a screwdriver intended for glasses.
