Low sodium anyone?

I'm on a low sodium diet, and always looking for new ideas in foods, drinks(non alcohol), snacks etc.

Anyone have any low sodium ideas, or favorites.?

Thanks..
Mark

La Croix is really good carbonated water. There are cheaper alternatives though, check your local grocer. Target carries multiple carbonated waters where I am.

Low Sodium is really quite difficult to do. But I look at Europe and Asia, super high sodium diets, not suffering from the American health condition.

I do not believe the problem is sodium.

It's just hard to do, I just try to stay under the FDA standard.

Of all things I've found in dieting sodium is the most tedious.

Sodium and Sugar are the worst. I can count carbs all day long but Sugar and Sodium are a pain in the ***.

I don't get it honestly, When I was in for a German Breakfast. Assorted sausages and cured meats and lots of bread, everyday German Breakfast.

They have extremely high sodium diets as do the Asians. It's something I would be concerned about lightly over Trans Fat and Sugar.

Sugar is worst for sure though.

If you want to get serious go see a Nutritionist to work up your macro's and a diet.

Not eating much processed foods/drinks almost always results in a reasonable sodium intake.
