We all screw up. (I don't care what you say, @Secret Chief , its not just me who does this.)

When did you make a mistake? What happened? Was it resolved?

I put this is the General Discussion area as opposed to Games/Jokes/Stories to allow for both serious and silly answers.

I've been a programmer and a GO player. My job was to make mistakes - and then correct them, my hobby was to make mistakes - just one less than my opponent.
Today, I don't make misstaeks any more.

Life is all about making mistakes. After all, if we were perfect, we wouldn't get reborn on this fire planet. It is also the way my Hindu sampradaya views the Abrahamic concept of sin. Instead of sinning, we are making mistakes, and the duty is correct said mistakes. The wise only make the mistake once, unlike Homer Simpson.
