Speech is indeed free here. However it does not override other laws.
I suspect you even have laws covering libel and slander, passing secrets, encouraging murder. These are all limits on free speech.
What we do not have is a written Constitution or bill of rights.
Our laws state what you can not do, not what you can do.
we have no law against free speech.
