I feel you, man. The best course of action is to have a moderate balanced system. Too much or too little seems like a bad trend these days.

What I meant before is that since the crime was caught before it actually happens, the sentence is more appropriate to be less than what the subject crime would give. If the crime did happen, I can't think what the sentence be in this case knowing now it is 30 years.
