I understand that and I do not disagree. But I believe to be a disciple is to be taught by him not only to be taught by his teachings.

That's why Christ left his teachings, so that people would know exactly what they are being taught to see what they are being taught will line up to Christ teachings.

Without having Christ teachings, how you know whether or not what your being taught will line up to what Christ taught.

If you have nothing to compare it to, how would you know if even Christ said such a thing, if you have nothing what your being taught to compare it to.

How am I suppose to line up with a question? Matthew 24:45

Without having Christ teachings, how you know whether or not what your being taught will line up to what Christ taught.
I believe this.

If you have nothing to compare it to, how would you know if even Christ said such a thing, if you have nothing what your being taught to compare it to.
What do you think? If you believe and teach that Jesus said something, but he never said it, is there no trouble for you in that?

To see what your being taught, Actually is what Christ taught.

How would know for a certain, if that is what Christ taught, if you have nothing to compare it to.
I do compare what I know Christ taught with Matthew 24:19. I compare it with all the Bible.

Try it! Compare what is written presently at Matthew 28:19. When you do you will have to find somewhere else in the WHOLE Bible that says it is a human soul's job to make someone else believe in God and to follow Christ.

I shall be waiting.

So far, I have found precedent for what I believe somewhere else in the Bible. Matthew 28:19 has no precedent.

To disciple has many fine examples. Many, many.

That is why the Bibles that kept disciple a verb are correct.

I think that the reason to "teach" as a substitute for to disciple is not on target is because people tend to teach others what they believe is true. To be a disciple means to teach only what is true.

I do compare what I know Christ taught with Matthew 24:19. I compare it with all the Bible.

So what does Christ mean in Matthew 24:19-- "And Woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days".
What does it mean with child?
What does it mean give suck?
What day is that?

Matthew 24:19 The day that you find yourself in the wrong place at the worst time it will be even worse for you if you are with someone depending on you.

I have compared Matthew 28:19 with the rest of the Bible. I do not know why I am the first one to do so.
