Those who meditate kindly share
1. METHOD of meditation followed.
2. TIME spent
3. OBJECTIVE of meditation
4. how much near do you feel you are to that goal.
1) Zazen Full/half lotus
2) 1/2 hour
3) No objective. Just experiencing the moment as it plays out.
4) It is consistent, thus no concern or tabulation required as to how far one has to go to "get there". However one can notice the effects and determine it's "advancement" per say.
