AI will be more and more a concern as we all become dependent on some form of it's convenience. How many are already using Alexa or Google radios? Government using AI for many varied uses including military, intelligence services, policing and all kind of decision making. The medical industry will become more dependent on AI; diagnostics, surgeries, billing and I hope not digital exams....

Hopefully we'll come to our sense and do a bit of communism with our automation.

It's already bad enough to find no humans on the phone.

That isn't going to happen. This kind of thing is a gimmick (or a foolish dream). Humanoid robots that entirely replicate and replace the role of a human being remains science fiction. Robotics and AI (true AI and all of the software falsely called AI) will continue to be used in very specific roles and tasks, which are infinitely more practical and cost-effective uses for such technology.

Move along; nothing to see here, eh?
Does anyone else suspect HonestJoe is, himself, a replicant?

I heard horror stories about those things. *Yikes*

The outcome with a prostatectomy is better (considerably better) compared with the old fashioned operation. Thats why he took that option. Followed by radiotherapy and he is still with us. Far better than the alternative.

Should you or anyone ever be unfortunate enough to get prostate cancer i can recommend that you go the robot route... It works.

I dunno. I don't come across humans anymore on the phone when making an appointment or customer service. At least for the first hour or two.
