The point is that someone working a full-time job shouldn't need another means of income just to survive.Do you have any proof that someone is depending on a Federal minimum wage job as a sole, long-term means of livelihood?
You are making the assertion that minimum wage earners are working for basic living. You have the onus to provide examples.In 2023 81,000 workers earned exactly the prevailing federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
Now if you can show all those 81,000 people had other income have it.
