Most likely through rational fair consideration. In fact I will go so far as to say ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ even.

The terms "luck" and "miracle" are twin sisters. Neither of them has any real existence except in the imaginations of people. Both are used to explain that which people do not understand.

Remember this: everything having a real existence is capable of proof.

Thoughts?

Instead of luck, use the word chance. Luck is chance that leads to a favorable outcome for improbable events. Bad luck is the other way.
That certainly happens.
