"Mississippi Burning" of black church was by an African-American

The claim that the perp is a Trump supporter is bogus though.
Did you not read that?

So you think the perp was a Clinton supporter? I mean how many times on these forums have liberals been denigrated for their support of muslims? When one side of the aisle is lumped together it's okay but the other it's bogus?

It's an understandable mistake given the political climate these days. It's silly to claim it as some conspiracy nonsense.

When the perp's political persuasion is unknown, I don't claim to know it.

I don't know.
But when I've spoken on behalf of Muslims (as opposed to Islam), I"ve not suffered.

No, it's not OK.

If a conspiracy is verifiable, then it's cromulent.
If it's not verifiable, then it's silly to believe it.

It might be the result of eating squash, chili, chocolate & a banana...
but all of a sudden I feel averse to conflict.

Unknown and probably irrelevant. Yet here we have a thread dedicated to the notion...

Suffered? Who is talking about suffering? Take a look at the forum thread titles just one level up. "What is it with Liberals and Muslims?" or something of that ilk. I'm talking about the prevalent opinion nation wide that liberals are a friend to muslims while republicans are not. Both sides get grief for it in their own way. So I don't find it surprising that someone jumped to the conclusion that someone who attacked a muslim was a Trump supporter.

While he may not have been a trump supporter, I seems supremely unlikely that he was a Clinton fan.

It's silly when, not only is it unverifiable, but it is also extremely unlikely. Hate on democrats all you like, but burning churches to gain them a few votes is an awful big leap...

It all depends on the chili, but I can definitely relate.

The word 'liberal' has been demonized by all layers of RW media. TV, Radio, Internet. The word 'conservative' has been manipulated to mean 'patriot, liberty, freedom, constitution, etc.'

It's all psychological tricks. They key is repeating it often. RW media does the same thing with 'main-stream media.' Say either the word 'liberal' or 'mainstream media' to a conservative, and they'll get angry. Some call it brainwashing.

How does one calculate those odds?
A Trump supporter acting out on hatred of Muslims?
Or a Hillary supporter acting out so that the SPLC will use it as propaganda?
It could be seen as either, depending upon what one wants to see.
Tis better to simply condemn such acts, & blame the actual perpetrator.

I only hate some Democrats....just the ones who hate first.
And even then, I only hate because it would be rude to not reciprocate.

The word 'conservative' has been manipulated to mean 'patriot, liberty, freedom, constitution, etc.'
It's also come to mean greedy, racist, misogynist, homophobe, Islamophobe, etc, etc.
Lots'o labels are demonized.
One the rare occasion we're even noticed, even Libertarians bask in that warm glow.

Ah, but you won't hear normal media telling people about 'conservatives' all day long. Normal media doesn't tell people what to think about the word 'conservative.'

I don't listen to normal media....NPR is my only broadcast news source.
(I prefer print.)
