This PCUSA and Korean Presbyterian Church Abroad orderly exchange 'covenant' was big when it came out. Its on both websites.
https://www.pcusa.org/site_media/me...a__pcusa_orderly_exchange_pif_korean__eng.pdf

PCUSA gets Koreans to explain the mission in Korea with some specific focus on different social relationship problems about class. great. Must have been the coolies Underwood ordered. I'm not too sure.
I thought this was a Korean perspective when I read this a while ago. This is an American talking his full American viewpoint. OK. Check the title heads. "Historical Relationship" "Mutual Recognition and Relationship" "Covenant Commitments" . Oh they are Covenanters now! Covenant covenant covenant. Fighting for the Reformed Church Governance of England, Ireland and Scotland. Its just as Jefferson Davis wanted. No wait. its a 2nd 2nd protestant reformation. Hey they are confident liars at least.

Unfortunately, the PC(USA) was unprepared to welcome and accept the large number of Korean Presbyterians into its life. While some Koreans joined the PC(USA), some felt the need to establish an independent Korean Presbyterian Church in the United States.

Who wrote this anyway? Somebody expanded, and lengthened that. No direct mention of how it is the PCUSA never sent more than 30 missionaries through their entire mission period in Korea, compared to the PC in the usa in the 1880's sending over 70, and Doctors. This noninvolved Church that 'lost" contact that was in contact the whole time, that doesn't want authorship on a claim to provisional government from 1900 in korea.

On a more advanced level, people are from places.
How is Martin Luther King Jr. going to sing My Country Tis of Thee in a New way... ? He IS a Puritan Pilgrim, who overthrows catholocism in favor of Scottish Presbyterians, in the government. Which is good. That building inaugurated Jefferson davis, wrote the confederate constitution, the alabama constitution, the bonnie blue flag, the gambling tax probably I don't know. Nice low plantation level property taxes! My country tis of thee, blacky blacky black, goin to your church.
