Adult attraction to teenagers is completely natural. Pedophilia, however, is not, and it is the primary or exclusive attraction to small children.
Pedophilia is completely unacceptable but likely natural. There are some people who are pedophiles and cannot seem to get a grip on norms, but there are entire societies both modern and ancient in which pedophilia is considered a norm of attraction. For example in ancient Greece it is considered normal to be attracted to little boys. This prevalent in some societies today. So its natural but unacceptable in Christian society and certain other societies.

Attraction to teenagers is not pedophilia. It is hebephilia (young teenagers) or euphebophillia or something for older ones, and both are considered to be completely natural. Most adults probably have these attractions, though it is usually considered unacceptable to act on them. Pedophilia probably has its roots in something natural. Maybe an early sexual awakening, early sexual peak, and thus an association of children and sex? Still, it's ****ing disgusting to sexually assault or coerce a child.
