Hope her legs are doing better. How's her mental outlook?

She starts more extensive therapy today. Her legs are still a little immobile. Her mental seems great and much improved.

We both watched the Walking Dead together last night. That almost got her out of bed. Especially when her two favorite characters were "up to bat", I thought maybe she was going to lose her mind for a minute.

I'm going in to visit tonight. I spoke with her nurse and she said mom is making strides in using her legs. Im going to see if she's ready to run a 10k by the end of the month.

Pretty sure mom just had a stroke I am with her in the hospital.

Went to see her last night. She was exhausted and slept through most of the visit. Her physical therapy regimen seems like boot camp.

Mom will be leaving rehab next Friday, the 7th! Can't wait!

Mom has been home since the 7th of this month. She has been doing well. Also, she enjoyed Turkey Day. She even insisted on helping with fixing food. She's got a road to recovery to travel and she has her spirit and support to succeed.
