LHP and RHP in Dharmic Religions are well defined. In Dharmic religions LHP and RHP uses different methods to attain nirvana but their goal is the same.Aghori are a LHP branch of hinduism.Western LHP is different. It's aim is becoming a god yourself.

Personally i believe in power and fun :D So i'd choose the one that will give me those.

Actually plenty of western LHP groups focus on the heterodox aspect.

I didn't think it did have anything to do with Buddhism. Believe or not I have a good friend, raised Jewish, who married one of the leaders of Satanism? a close confident and considered heir to Anton Levay. His name is Boyd Rice, he is called the most dangerous man in the world, and he has a punk rock noise band called Non. I saw them Play at the whisky a Go Go in Hollywood early in the 80s they were one of my favourite bands when I was into Punk in the 80s. His wife is one of my facebook friends so I see pictures of them, birthdays etc, but we don't talk anymore, not for some years. She and her ex boyfriend where in an experimental fully improvised punk band I used to be in where I played electric clavichord and overdubbed vocals. Here's one of our songs, God save the King(prince Charles) But yes, honestly, Satanism still creeps me out....

Satanism and Buddhism dont have much in common.Satanism is western LHP.LHP buddhists and hindus are peaciful people. Then again i am not that knowledgeable on this.

Edit:Most satanists are also peaciful people.

Yeah I read enough about Boyd Rice and Anton Levay and watched a documentary, that I'm really not interested in learning much more. But the world is big enough for all of us, that's what I believe. What did you think of our band??

Thanks, I thought you might, if you want to see three other songs, just search "clavichord jungle" on You tube, we have an 80 min CD, but we only released 200 copies. Never tried to get signed, maybe someday. We had about 6 percussion players including Blake, of Vertonen on oil drums, me on keyboards, and Glenn on bass for some tracks. We overdubbed another percussion track with me and a friend then I improvised the vocals without practising or writing down the words. Thats why the cover say 100% improvised music.

A lot of "LHP" practitioners are interested in the breaking of taboos, blind to the irony of it all haha.

It's hard to get it all out of your system.Especially fear of god , hell etc.To this day i haven't done a blashemy ritual but soon i will.I have to feel like this ritual just won't make a difference for me.

It depends what you're looking for. If you want to break ties with a religion then blasphemy is a worthwhile method.

According to me Islam is the most simple religion. Believe in Allah and do good deeds based on Qur'an and Sunnah!

There is no Trinity and 100nity or whatever unity there is.

But there are complex sets of beliefs, practices, rituals, etc.

Islam is the simplest religion in existence, no doubt. The Qu'ran is a bit 'mystical' in the sense that it's a poetic scripture so meaning can be hazy to someone foreign of Islam. However I find Hadiths and Sunnah to be explicit and clear with little to no deeper meaning required.
