I watch recently a movie called "Dictator" ;Admiral General Aladeen 2012

it's done by jewish actor called Sacha Baron Cohen .

Didn't watch the film just the trailer, but for me it looks like the sketch of Jamel Debbouzze about an arab dictator "Colonel Sadafi".
