Seeing that Muhammad is the only one that proclaimed himself to be a prophet
( Messenger) of gods and was born and lived out in the desert.
A good guess would be that Muhammad fits right in being that false prophet in the desert.

This symbol, Crescent moon and star, is found on every Muslim Mosque.

Heylel Ben Shachar = Lucifer son of the Dawn.

In Arabic Hilal = Crescent moon.
When putting it all together it simply means = Heylel Ben Shachar Crescent moon. son of the morning star or the Dawn

In the bible in the book of Matthew, here we find Christ Jesus foretold about false Christ's and false prophets, being in the desert.
Matthew 24:24-26--
24--"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect"

25-- "Behold, I have told you before"

26-- "Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not"

Therefore Muhammad being the only one to be born and lived in the desert.

You know the black stone was placed there years before Muhammad had his first revelation? So it would also make since the destroying of idols happened much later.
