Muhammad- the flag-bearer of peace

gnostic

The Lost One
Muhammad- the flag-bearer of peace

Muhammad always upheld dialogue, reconciliation and peace, but others did not respond him in the same spirit.
A flag-bearer of peace wouldn't have marched his army after the surrender of Mecca in 630 to other parts of the Arabian peninsula, demanding everyone to submit and convert.

A man of peace wouldn't lay siege to Ta'if, twice. When Muhammad couldn't win the first time with the army he had, he returned with an army with more men. This time, the people of Ta'if did surrender, but asked that they would be allow to keep their religion; Muhammad refused this term, and demanded that only conversion would be acceptance of their surrender. The people of Ta'if had no other choice but to convert.

That's not the act of flag-bearer of peace, paarsurrey. Though, the Qur'an may say "no compulsion", in practice, Muhammad didn't follow what he preached. He forced the people of Ta'if to convert. This make Muhammad a hypocrite.

Muhammad, "I am the bearer of peace!" leads an army to Mecca.

Jesus, "I came not to bring peace but a sword" murders no-one ever.

Hm.

Things were not so simple.
The people of Taif had been very cruel to Prophet (pbuh) in his initial time. Their opposition did not end.

"Mecca had fallen, but this did not bring peace. The Holy Prophet’s march against Mecca had been so sudden that the first intimation of it that reached the surrounding tribes was the fall of the town. They were greatly agitated by the news, and felt that the time had come for the last effort to be put forth against Islam. The great Hawazin tribe occupied the ranges and slopes of the hilly country south-east of Mecca, and with their numerous branches and affiliated clans spread themselves over the wide steppes beyond Taif. That city inhabited by Bani Thaqeef of the same descent was their centre, and its inhabitants, devoted to idol-worship and closely connected with Mecca, feared the rapidly growing power of Islam. Accordingly they sent an urgent summons to all the branches of Hawazin stock to assemble, with a view to checking effectively the further spread of Islam. Having appointed a rendezvous at Autas, a valley in the mountain range north-east of Taif, they began rapidly to assemble there........."

......What was his methodology for moving the world from a non-peaceful state to a peaceful state?
Peace be on you.
=To fulfilling the rights owed both to God and to His Creation.

=Quran: [ch1:v2] All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds / peoples.

[i.e He is the God of the Christians, the God of the Jews, the God of the Hindus and indeed He even gives nourishment and provides to those who do not believe in His existence.]

=[3:65] Say, ‘O People of the Book! come to a word equal between us and you — that we worship none but Allah, and that we associate no partner with Him, and that some of us take not others for Lords beside Allah.’ But if they turn away, then say, ‘Bear witness that we have submitted to God.’

=[5:3]"......... And help one another in righteousness and piety; but help not one another in sin and transgression......."

=[5:9] O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness in equity; and let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be always just, that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what you do.

= [16:91] Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, and manifest evil, and wrongful transgression. He admonished you that you may take heed.

Peace be upon you.
Didn't Muhammad marry a prepubescent girl and kill a gaggle of people?

That doesn't sound all that respectable.
Peace be on you.
No both are allegations. Young age is not a mark engraved on a stone. It is not mentioned in Quran.

"" .....several historical events and Ahadith narrations demonstrate that Hadhrat Ayesha was likely 15-16, or as old as 19-20 at the time of her consenting marriage to Prophet Muhammad. For example, Hadhrat Ayesha’s marriage to Prophet Muhammad took place one year after Hijrah (emigration to Medina), or around 624 A.D. She was the daughter of Hadhrat Abu Bakr. Tabari reports, “All four of [Abu Bakr’s] children were born of his two wives—the names of whom we have already mentioned—during the pre-Islamic period [i.e. pre-610 A.D.].”[14] Therefore, even if Hadhrat Ayesha were born in 609 A.D., only a year before Prophet Muhammad claimed prophethood, she would be roughly 14 at the time of emigration to Medina in 623, and therefore no less than 15 at the time of her marriage to Prophet Muhammad. Both are a far cry from the age of six that Wilders’ asserts. Likewise, most historians report that Hadhrat Asmara, Hadhrat Ayesha’s elder sister, was ten years her senior.[15] The books, “Tahzibut Tahzib” and “Al-Bidaayah wa an-Nihayah,” both report that Hadhrat Asma died at the age of 100, in 73 A.H. or 695 A.D.[16] This means that Hadhrat Asmara must have been no younger than 27 at the time of emigration. Hadhrat Ayesha’s marriage to Prophet Muhammad was in 1 A.H. when Asma was 28.This means that at a minimum, Hadhrat Ayesha was 18 upon her consenting marriage to Prophet Muhammad. The above examples are not exhaustive. Several other authentic Hadith and well-recorded events discredit allegations that Prophet Muhammad married A’isha when she was six. - See more at: Myth #3: Prophet Muhammad married Ayesha when she was underage | Muhammad Fact Check

Other allegations are answered too.

I make up facts.
No, Ayesha was 6 or 7 when Muhammad married her. But to be fair, Muhammad didn't bed her until she was 9.

Which makes it less pedophilia ... /sarcasm.
