Yes. That part is traditionally Celtic, of the same group as the Briton Celts.
And we are not descended from Japeth. And please educate yourself about Celtic culture? Blood and bones? Do you know its debated if they even actually did have human sacrifice and the death penalty? And that if they did (so much crap was written about them it can be hard separating fact from fallacy) it was strictly for the most serious of crimes. The English were far more cruel and barbarous in their own accounts of the Celts/later the Irish, Scots, Welsh, etc.
Armorica today is far different than it even was when they kept Druidism imperfectly: just as corrupted as the Irish Druids did. This is why Caesar says those who wanted to know sent their sons to British Druids.
My Blood and Bones comment is not-obviously-enough tied to indigenous small-dark-Celtic peoples and the mountains and rivers they named. Mountains for the Bones of the country, etc.
Since Stonehenge was built in at least two stages, the bluestones from David's Head came to Stonehenge about the same time as that Archer who wasn't "healed", was buried at its base. If there were human sacrifices there at any time, it wasn't done by Silurian Druids.
Because there are Druids and then there are Druids. Mysticism and Magic isn't Druidism because Druids taught Science and History, and their approach to God. The Silurian Druids were the first to accept Jesus in Britain.
