The media almost never mentions the religion of scientists who discover something. It's usually, "scientists in Israel", "scientists in Sweden", "scientists in Japan".
You should ask those scientists if they believe in evolution ;-)

Because their - presumed - religious faith is not the least bit relevant. When did you last see a newspaper report saying a scientific advance was made by a Christian or Buddhist scientist? Do you actually know that these people are practising Muslims? Have they said so? Or do you just assume it because they are of Turkish origin?
By the way, the reason why the media focus on the religious motivation in the crimes you refer to is that the perpetrators make an explicit point of shouting "Allahu Akbar" as they cut innocent people's heads off or blow them up. So it seems - kind of - relevant to explain that they are..... Muslim.

it is more important how good the vaccine actually worksNo need to mix religion and science in my view.

I remember somet vidoe documents mention to beliefs of famous scientists a Einstein , most of world knew him was Jew. due to media.
My point not about mix , it's about deeds. which mentioned in media,so they pick bad deed , ignore good deeds.

I've never seen a post say "Christian scientists ..." or "Atheist scientists ..."
These days most science is a team effort, coordinated, organised, planned.

BioNTech is a German company and two of the founders are German one is Austrian. Uğur Şahin's Wikipedia page doesn't say anything about his religion but he earned the Mustafa Prize in 2019 so it is fair to assume that he is a Muslim. Özlem Türeci's page mentions that she is from a catholic family.Hi Godobeyer.

In Einstein's case It was more about his ethnicity (he didn't practice or observe Judaism as far as I'm aware), and it's often mentioned because he fled Germany due to the rise of Nazism.Thanks for frube
