there are things you don't know, Kai. you can not know. at least accept one fact. here is an example; in 80's in my country people used to wonder if USA was helping PKK. today nobody is asking that question because it is proven over and over again that USA is helping that terrorist group. so, in case something unexpected happen and if USA comes here with its soldier, don't expect Turkish to welcome them. it was USA who supported Taleban for years. they used them against Russian power. now they turned that Islamic nation into a battle ground between Russia and USA. no destruction in Russia or USA, it is only Muslim nation being detroyed by them. if Taleban changed its goal and became public hero there is reason for that. those two powers, Russia and USA, they don't care for Muslims and their freedom. they are in war in a third country to steal that nations treasures beneath. let me mention again. people are not wondering anymore, people know it, Kai.

Lava the west helped all Mujahadeen in Afghanistan against Soviet invasion, Soviets left then Civil war and Taliban won came to power and proved to be terrible , even now they would still be in power if they had not allowed Alqueda to have training camps there, even now they would still be in power if Alqueda did not carry out 9/11

USA supported Taliban and USA was the first one who accepted Taliban. not that they like them but that's how they stopped Russia. now Russia and USA, both want to take over same nations so they are fighting but they are not fighting in Russia or America, they are fighting in a 3rd nation. people ask why two nations go for a war in 3rd nation. same stuff is going on in Caucasia.

i am unsure if it was really Alqueda or Bin Laden who did 9/11. i recently watch an interview and there, they showed some paper (signatures and a some writings that belong to USA government). it was about Cuba. that's given as a proof USA would trick masses to get what it wants. they wanted to invade Cuba too. in that paper, there was a suggestion like 'we could blow up an American militaryship around Cuba and say Cuba did it'. i think USA planned their invasion before 9/11. seriously Kai, Western publics should realize i am not the only one. as i said before, here people stopped asking questions like 'did America do this, do that?' there are wrong doing of USA which is proven and that's why USA is not supported by millions anymore.

there are more to say because many stuff happened in last 2 decades. USA militaryship even hit Turkish marine. they said that it was an accident but that is silly to say that. because three places in military ship has to say OK for a start. i mean, it is not just one man who press the button. later on it is understood that soldiers who did it had Armenian roots.

USA and Turkish government made a deal. Usa would by using satellites would give information about PKK terrorists to Turkish army. i am givng this example because incident happened a few weeks ago. 200 PKK terrorists, in day time and with heavy weapons came to Turkish border and attacked and killed Turkish soldiers. if USA said that they did not see 200 men in day time, that would be a lie and everybody knows that. there are so many incidents. i am sorry to say that.

Hmm...

Far as I know, muslim people here don't seem to have a problem with our system of government (MMP) and don't seem to have a problem with voting...

In fact, the ones I've talked to are no more or less happy than the average kiwi..

(well... being that they are a PART of the average kiwi..)
