How about sex talk - with no "my," "your?"
And, what about the man who lost his leg in an accident ?

Note that YOU used "his!" This is language to differentiate. It is hard to form a coherent sentence without these words.

In English Grammar, my, your, his, her, its, our, their,- are Possessive Adjectives.
