People can drive what they want. Its a market economy, not a communist regime like the USSR with a crappy one fits all state standard for vehicles. You want evs to trump fossil powered vehicles? Great! Make it better than fossil powered vehicles and issue solved.

It's not illegal to yell fire in a theater. Like you said, if there's no fire. Banning books seems to be a bipartisan endeavor. CRT is best for college. Not public schools. That ought to be obvious and it's good it's not being taught there, so it's a nothingburger as long as it stays that way.

It's also all about health and safety, well teach it, don't use jackboots to enforce it on people and all is good.

I'm also willing to bet heavy handed policies on kids are a result of democrat controlled school boards

Somebody is proposing and implementing these things. Far as I know, I haven't come across any republicans who sanctions such behavior.

It's interesting how different perspectives of the same situation can be. It's hard to imagine Obama being less of a compromiser. His 'legacy' was able to be damaged as much by Trump as it was because his refusal to compromise with a congress he didn't control led him to rule by "pen and phone".

Anything Republican is just awful at this stage. The real battle is for quality Democratic leadership. There seems to be a lot of swing voters that reap havoc. People can't make up their minds. Those that vote only based on economics, and not on the values that matter most is a problem. How does Biden beat out Sanders?

Politics overall is about catering to the wealthy. Voters need to wake up. I blame the voters for this mess. I hope Biden is the last of the centrist democrats. Hillary was an awful nomination.

As far as economics goes, I want progressive policies, and to get rid of communist stereotypes of the Democratic party.

I watch a lot of Robert Reich, he has a lot to say about what people need to do.
