Soo…
Ive been doing research on spirit guides, and I decided to communicate to them for the first time by meditating today!
Mid-meditation, I heard two voices separately in my mind.
One said, “Hello, I am Mark.”
And another one, silly enough, just said “LUCIFER.” Soo im assuming the other is Lucifer? I dont know who my main spirit guide is. They just said their names, thats all.
Also, while I was meditating, I felt a lot of pressure on my hands, indicating that they were probably holding my hands! AND I felt a lot of pressure on my face, I dont know why… Also a saw some flashing lights float around my face while my eyes were closed… that was confusing…
After my meditation, I invited them to write with me. I can tell my spirit guides are really silly but friendly from what I got.
As my pen flowed, this is what came from my brain to on the paper:
”Hi, it’s us, Mark and Lucifer. Thank you for meditating with us. We enjoy your company overall. There are more of us that’ll come later. Also your hands feel nice, take care of your callouses however, they seem very fragile. I love you a lot, for real!”
Thats all… I’ll most likely meditate again tomorrow. Please give me suggestions if you can, or perhaps answers to the things that happened to me during meditation! See you all!
