They believe he is the Son of God. But that he is appointed as such and not God of God any more than another human. Son of God is just a special title.

I'd call what you describe 'Christian' in the sense that it centers (a version of) Jesus in the central position in belief and practice. That distinguishes it from Islam, which considers Jesus to be a prophet but not actually divine, but don't center their religion around him. It's certainly a non-traditional and very modernist version of Christianity though.

Something like this seems to me to be the most typical Unitarian Universalist position these days.

That kind of describes me, but I'm an agnostic atheist. I'm sure a lot of people like me, who were raised Christian still cherry-pick the good things out of the gospels but reject the divinity claims. Probably a lot of the "nones" as they are called, or the "spiritual but not religious (SBNR)" fall under that category also.

Messianic Jews & Ebionites most definitely agree with the OP without being 'Xian' in any way.

I would call them real Christians, because by dropping the son of God nonsense, you would be well on the way to removing the rest of the adulteration by Paul, albeit, an important part of God's plan to destroy satan, i.e., evil.
