Nope. Because god is omnibenevolent and therefore incapable of doing anything bad, these things arise for our own good. It's just that we mere creatures of the flesh can't see the good. Hang in there; surely there'll be something of value to come from hurricane Harvey. One example you put forward is "poisonous spiders". Why is that evil?? To the spider, it has been given a great gift, a means of hunting and feeding, and protecting itself from those who would do it harm. Surely, venom is a mark of benevolence!!
