If she were in love with a male patient and this happened once, I would feel some sympathy for her and would suggest that she be allowed to keep her job.
But she seems almost like a sexual predator, maybe she has some fetish for injured boys she can nurse back to health or something? Either way it's not healthy to allow her to work in such a position. She should be given mandatory psychotherapy, or deported to Amsterdam.
