need some help

K I am new and have a question about religion now I know there is a god and my mind won't change on that I also believe he cares for us and works here in a limited way I also believe in miricles but I just can't bring myself to believe in the christian god seems like because it seems that he made us and was selfish and chose to help isreal and that was it. The rest instead of showing himselfblike he did to isreal to other nations helped isreal kill everyone in the nations like genocide he didn't give them the chance to believe also I was just wondering what religion I was I believe in god supernatural abilities he loves us and is involved with us but he loves all of us not just a chosen few

What's the matter with just believing that God exists and that he cares about you? Do you require a formalized religion?

If you really really wanted a religion, you could just believe in the Christian God but claim that the Christians just got some of the details wrong.
