Congratulations!

Are you looking forward to it?

Well, I applied just last week for such post in a company, passed the exam they're giving, the interviews, completed the requirements and boom, got hired. I didn't really expect to be hired, but I eventually am and I don't really want to stay on that field for too long, but the salary is quite good so I decided to take it.

Wow! Sounds like a great job! Where is Asia? Anyway, you would be highly valued for this important task. Would you have customers on an international level, or specific to a certain region? Anyway, this can be the path to even better assignments and posts. I noticed you use the word "invest" - smart! Very smart! The global economy will come around, and many do not understand just how investing can grow your wealth and security and funds to help others and your family - in the beginning it will seem like nothing is coming of it, but then after 5 years you will start to notice.

In the Philippines. I'd be handling an account for American clients though. I'm kinda shocked with the western culture though, especially calling even those who are older by their first name, without using any honorifics, which is part of my culture being a Filipino-Korean.

Thanks for the kind and encouraging words. :)

The Phillipines has some of the best people on earth, and most Americans (including myself) admire their great natures so much. We almost think they are our (hopeful) brothers and sisters. Smart as a new umbrella, too. Don't worry about first name thing, America loves you all like peaches.

Cool. I'm still adjusting for the american culture though. I didn't know that the difference is quite huge. Anyway, it's part of my job to adjust.
