Put your cursor over the avatar and click your RIGHT mouse button. You should get a menu, and one of the options will be "Save image as" (er, I'm assuming you're using Windows, anyway). Select that option, and then save it to your hard drive.

To select that avatar for use here on RF, select Quick Links, then Edit Avatar. Click on the Browse buttong and find the avatar file on your hard drive, and that should set you up.
