I, for one, am absolutely shocked that N. Korea's insistence on keeping a nuclear warhead and an immediate cessation of US/SK joint exercises soured what otherwise look like a full-proof plan for Korean Reunification.

Or even if you a democratically elected leader like Mossadegh, Árbenz, Lumumba, Goulart, or Allende, for that matter.
