I know where most of all the celebs live, and in what neighborhoods, do you?
I know where all the wealth classes tend to reside, do you?
I even know where the NE people tend to move, in each county, do you?

As far as my flu, Im already better, and don't need nor never wanted sympathy. A latin GF at work gave me a remedy to induce a fever to speed the process, and over the last two days its worked. For you to claim to get the flu in the summers up there is utter BS, where as here, as you know, its summer all year round, minus 2-3weeks in the winter. As far as the cold, I live for the cold, cause I've only ever known the heat down here and its humidity. You clearly don't know south florida, or you wouldn't of even compared the two. Fool. Obviously it's only a small factor that effected the economy and housing market down here, mother dearest. As far as I'm concerned, Fl got hit the hardest, no denying that Ethal. Your people do feed our economy now that the markets are trashed, there's less building going on, and the tricounty area has ceased to expand north, or atleast continue to grow, but we really do rely on our season for income, all businesses here do. The thing is its not just you guys. Just as many Canadians come down for season than the NE snowbirds. The Canadians spend more than you guys, period, hands down. Known fact. The only exception are the NE who come down to buy large property's for seasonal events such as the EQ community, etc. their investors. And I don't necessarily see them as the average citizen since there here to invest in our seasonal periods of the year. Another large part of the seasonal group are farmers and pickers, along with companies that accommodate them, and they travel the country and aren't necessarily from the NE. I could go on, but we don't rely on you, it's more than just you. If ur sick stay up there. Keep it up there where it belongs.


That's also only speaking for south Florida. Orlando is a different story, and so is Miami. Their globally known and visited. Especially when the electric daisy carnivals up or the other huge one at the tip of my tounge in Miami, oh ultra!!Miami for cruises.
