No choice, eh?
I'm glad we aren't ruled by that standard.
What of US law though?

So you believe that "he" should use the men's room.....

And "she" should use the women's room......

I smell trouble brewing.
Cops will be called.
ID will be offered.
Cops being cops (often ignorant & bullying), results will be mixed.
Some will be left to take care of business.
Some will be given the boot.
And some will get the beating of their lives.

Easy enough to solve. We just need those scanners like the TSA use in airports.... placed outside every rest room in America. Problem solved.

So, again, since the school didn't require that anyone use the gender-neutral restrooms, the school didn't violate either Title IX or any Fourteenth Amendment case law.
The school didn't, but the school board did.
What "ruling" are you referring to?
The school board's ruling that G. could not use the boy's restroom.

The school board's ruling that G. could not use the boy's restroom.
As I said, the school board's stated policy might indeed violate anti-discriminatory provisions of Title IX.

However, I assume the school board did not object to what the school did--providing gender-neutral restrooms available for anyone to use. I'm glad to see that we agree that the school's actions did not violate Title IX or the Constitution.
