I got a good question for you. Why in the world do yo think anybody would give a **** about this story? Seriously, who gives a ****. Elizabeth Warren son in law has business ties to a small movie studio in India which help produce and finance two movies from an Iranian filmaker who is a supporter of the Regime. Next what? Elizabeth Warren once went to the same restaurant where one of the waiter turned out to be a rapist and she left a good review of the service on yelp thus she supports rapists!

If you own bonds of the US government in your retirement portfolio does that mean you are supporting and financing the drone strike campaign of your government and its numerous illegal activities around the globe? If your retirement portfolio hold bonds from Canada or Sweden does this mean you are financing socialist democracies you fear and hate so much? I sure hope for you it doesn't hold bonds from places like Saudi Arabia or EAU else that would be a bit of a problem, but chances are you do since the US Treasury buys bonds from those countries in large quantities.

The problem I have with this story is that the U.S. seems to have been downgraded in the hierarchy of evil. We used to be called the "Great Satan" now we are just a "Satanic power" ...what a kick in the sack:(

There's no cover up. Nothing criminal going on behind the scenes...

Anyways there's assurances made that if Warren is elected president, her Iranian connections will not interfere with national policy. We can go back to being the "great Satan".

The thing she isn't telling people is she already has a massive war chest stashed away thinking people won't notice it as she turns over a 'new leaf'.

It's pretty much a guarantee she'll be back with PAC and high-profile donators once the campaign chest dwindles. Like a roach to the hamburger.

Hmnn. I don't think she eats babies. I'm not a bit sure she's an atheist (and that wouldn't matter even if she were) and she's pretty darned socialist, not communist. What she really is is...out for her own personal power and willing to say anything to get it. You know, a liar.

But then most politicians are. My biggest problem with her is that I don't really know WHERE she stands, given that she will indeed say pretty much anything to get a vote.

Why should I think that she has said anything false to gain votes/approval by a specific minority group?

I just read about how some libs/Dems are unhappy about Warren's nicknames, claiming that those of us who use us are being racist, attacking native Americans by using those demeaning adjectives.

Made me think...and I realized that no. We are NOT being demeaning to Native Americans. We are pointing out the hypocritical and demeaning nature of Warren's claim to be native American in a bid for sympathy (and the vote of Native Americans). By using the 'White" references and applying them to her, we are saying that she is the one who is being the racist here.

We wouldn't apply those names to anybody who actually IS native American, or legitimately associated with them. For instance, I'm about as Celtic "white" as I can get. My grandfather was adopted into the Nez Perce tribe when he was very little, but that's not me, and I married a man who was a whole lot more 'native American' than Warren could ever claim, and that's still NOT ME. I honor and respect native Americans, culture and genetics, and every once in awhil I wish I were more genetically linked, but anybody who called ME 'fauxcahantas" would get a punch in the nose. I'm not claiming honors I don't qualify for--and I don't qualify for them.

(gin) I'm fine with being a child of Vikings and Scots.

And THAT is the problem with Warren.
