What's more, in an earlier study, people who believed women should change their names when they get married should do so because it "prioritizes their marriage and their family ahead of themselves."

The man doesn't have to prioritize the marriage I guess or put his family first.

If any of that is true the Americans are even crazier than I thought. But I suppose if they voted for the insane as Trump as president anything is believable!

I suggest that from now on, when a couple gets married, they bring up a big numbered spreadsheet, roll a dice, and whatever the dice number shows is their new married name. No more issues about taking one or the others last name or not! :D
