Where did life come from ?

During the big bang no life can exist, so what made the first cell of life to exist without being born.

Why the DNA is complex and is adjustable (mutations), how you explain those things to happen without any intelligence being involved ?

The cosmos is alive. DNA and subatomic particles outpouring from the cosmos subtly and undetectably as a collective force... a little here, a little there, a lot there, back to a little, giving order, precise coding, and instruction. Conscious and physical evolution. Cells are changed with a little electricity, imagine the change in our cells and brains with gradual penetration of DNA, energies from celestial bodies. A star acts like a neuron. The death of a star gives birth to a cell, even looks the same. It is already proven we react and respond to our environments. Our brains are not exempt from the laws of nature. Information, knowledge, inspiration just randomly comes to our receiving brains.

How could we know exactly what God did at any specific point before or after the big bang?

I definitely believe what we are and see required an intelligence, but also acknowledge that the ways of an eternal being would take much longer than my lifetime to understand.

What make you anything intelligent, sentient divine being exist before humans use for fire for the first time?

There are not evidences for God, or any god that exist before humans made him up, because the primitive man didn't have any understanding of science, so they invented an explanation in myth to explain away their superstitions.

Unfortunately creationists have shown they would blindly keep believing in these primitive and totally irrational superstitions, because of this blood thing they called "tradition" or "custom".

Faith and superstition are the security blanket for the creationists. Take away their security blankets, and they would whimper and howl, because it is much easier to delusionally believe in god or designer.
