Are the Noahide laws even completely Biblical? Sure some of them are, but I just don't see seven there. Let's be honest with ourselves here, the Noahide movement wasn't really developed until the last century with the Rebbe, and is about control of the Gentiles. That's mainly what it is, rather you say otherwise or not. The Noahide movement is an attempt to make the Gentiles subserviant to the Rabbis. And yes, I know what I'm talking about for those of you who will say I don't, remember I am a Jew, my parents are Jewish.

Know what I find the most ludicrious about the Noahide laws? The idea behind them is that Gentiles cannot develop truly moral religions, they need Jews to tell them how to be moral. As if Gentiles can't be moral on their own.

A little antisemitic seepage? What is ludicrous is your conception of Noahide laws ... as expected.

Jayhawke I am not anti-semetic. Come on dude, don't start throwing that bs. You can't call a Jew anti-semetic

I find some of the teachings and dogmas of religious Judaism ludicrious. Truly I do

Well I still don't appreciate you calling me anti-semetic because I disagree with Judaism. Judaism has nothing to do with being a Jew, and I'm not obligated to agree with it. That's what the Noahide laws ARE about, subjegating the Gentiles to the Rabbis. The Lubavitch Rebbe knew exactly what he was doing

Grammatically challenged seepage ...

Jayhawke do you ever make any truly valid points in a debate, instead of underhanded attacks trying to demean a person?
You certainly make it challenging. But look on the bright side: at least I'm not as bad as the sneaky Lubavitch Rebbe who knew exactly what he was doing by using the Noahide laws for subjegating the Gentiles thereby promoting an anti-semetic backlash.

Hey I'm just being honest. That's what he was doing. That's exactly what the Noahide movement is about. Some Jews need to be honest and tell the Gentiles the truth.

The Noahide movement is an attempt to make the Gentiles subserviant to the Rabbis.
If that is the case, then why is it that following the Noahide laws does not include submission to the Rabbis?

And yes, I know what I'm talking about for those of you who will say I don't, remember I am a Jew, my parents are Jewish.
And? I know people who were born in America, who's parents are American, and yet they know absolutely nothing about how the government works. Even simple things like how many Senators each state gets in the Senate.

The idea behind them is that Gentiles cannot develop truly moral religions, they need Jews to tell them how to be moral. As if Gentiles can't be moral on their own.

That actually isn't the idea behind them.

Consider, Abraham (the first jew and also a Noahide) is hailed (in Jewish tradition) for having discovered God through nature. He was, as a gentile, considered one of the most powerful figures in Judaism. In fact, all of the patriarchs were Noahides.

I sincerely doubt that the "idea behind" the Noahide laws is that Gentiles cannot develop truly moral religions.

That's what the Noahide laws ARE about, subjegating the Gentiles to the Rabbis. The Lubavitch Rebbe knew exactly what he was doing

Again. The Noahide laws do not subjugate Gentiles to the Rabbis. Besides, the Rebbe's teachings concerning the Noahide laws were only re-iterations of what is taught in the Talmud.
