According to Shoghi Effendi, "The unity of the human race, as envisaged by Baháʼu'lláh, implies the establishment of a world commonwealth in which all nations, races, creeds and classes are closely and permanently united, and in which the autonomy of its state members and the personal freedom and initiative of the individuals that compose them are definitely and completely safeguarded. This commonwealth must, as far as we can visualize it, consist of a world legislature, whose members will, as the trustees of the whole of mankind, ultimately control the entire resources of all the component nations, and will enact such laws as shall be required to regulate the life, satisfy the needs and adjust the relationships of all races and peoples. Yes we know that, there is no need for debate, but we have know way of knowing how it will be in the future.

As the change happens, so will our thoughts of today.

And what is needed now is a picture of how it could look if it ever should come about.
People sitting in small quorums, feeling guided by God (!!), and producing legislation upon all people, even those outside of Bahai........ and enforcing it.

Again, this is a future law to be considered, it is not implemented in this age, it is a law for the Universal House of Justice to determine why, when and how, when it sees it is time.

The laws of the Bahai Faith are known, what is not correct is your concern for those that are not Baha'i and we have no idea how those aspects of the Faith will unfold.

To say how they will unfold with today's mindset, is not applicable.

A question could just as well be do the Laws of Russia concern you? What about Australia, do they impact you?
