There are so many over rated I don't know where to start. Larry the Cable Guy, Lious C.K., Bill Mahar, Ben Stiller, Jeff Dunham, Dane Cook, Ellen, Seinfield, and a long list of others.
Underrated; George Carlin, Eddie Izzard, Robin Williams

It actually kinda scared me abit seeing him go from a scrawny goofy lookin dude to a goofy lookin hulked out dude. I never really liked him that much, but it seemed to work much better for him before he looked like he could pop someones head like a zit.

Yes! I find he is very good for a laugh when I'm feeling especially cynical and pessimistic.

I would not say under rated..More under appreciated, He was the pinnacle of a great comedian.

Totally with you on Ricky.

I also really dislike Jimmy Carr. If you've seen 15 mins of him, you've likely seen all of him. That, and I don't like his laugh
