Pagan Paths

Oh dear Lord, if someone listed every single pagan path, we would be here for quite a while.

The thing is, "pagan" is such an umbrella term for a diverse set of beliefs, that it would probably be impossible to list them all. Some claim it's any religion outside of the Abrahamic paradigm. Others say it must have magic(k). Others say that it must be nature/earth centered. Others say it must be polytheistic. "Pagan" will mean different things to different people.

However, so save some time, here is a (very) short list of some pagan paths. Some of which will be reconstructionist.

Celtic polytheism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Haitian Vodou - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Germanic paganism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Italo-Roman neopaganism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wicca - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Neo-Druidism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Germanic neopaganism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Slavic neopaganism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Santería - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hellenism (religion) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Aztec religion - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Shinto - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Remember, this is but a fraction of what exists.

Technically speaking every non-Abrahamic faith would be Pagan.
I don't agree. There are new age faiths, eastern faiths, etc. I have a feeling Pagan is a category for religions that put more focus on the creation rather than the creator(s), and usually it is polytheistic. In fact, I don't recall ever meeting a Pagan that was monotheistic.

sigh

I said "technically speaking". The word is used as it is now because of how Monotheists used it. I should've added that Zoroastrians are grouped with Abrahamics due to, well, it should be obvious.

I am monolotristic and yet I am pagan. I know others who are monotheistic and are yet Pagan.

I, personally, follow the Hellenistic Path (Greek Mythology). I follow the teachings of Buddhism, and believe in the Hellenistic deities. I worship Ares and Artemis. Most Hellenist worship 1 or 2 gods/goddesses, while accepting that the others are there. I hope to find a new Hellenistic sister!
