What are all the different types of Pagan paths? Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply!

I don't agree. There are new age faiths, eastern faiths, etc. I have a feeling Pagan is a category for religions that put more focus on the creation rather than the creator(s), and usually it is polytheistic. In fact, I don't recall ever meeting a Pagan that was monotheistic.Technically speaking every non-Abrahamic faith would be Pagan.
