Animated autumn leaves.....what perfection!
The creatures of Earth are amazing. In so many cases they are, indeed, very closely perfected for survival in their specific environs.
This doesn't, at all, mean that there aren't many who are perfected for their living spaces. And, in fact, evolutionary principle dictates that this be the culmination sought after by the evolution/adaption process. There are thousands of creatures whose body and behavior is very specifically tailored to the place and way in which they live. "Fishing" spiders, aquatic insects, color changing cephalopods, parasites that afflict only one particular species, creatures who didn't need sight because they live with no light but developed echolocation, creatures who mimic some part of their surroundings so well that you basically have to catch them moving in order to spot them. Not even close. 99.9 percent of all species that have lived on Earth are now extinct, and for the ones that are still around, most of them struggle with life until they die.

And so what that many species have come and gone? Times change, places change... and so the animals' lineages themselves have to change. At any given "moment" there will be those adapted well to survive where they're at, those that aren't, and those that are working on it. I merely pointed out that there are many who are. Still care to deny it?

It does nothing of the sort. There is no such "evolutionary principle" nor does evolution "dedicate" or "sought" after things. That is a horrible understanding of evolution.
Nothing is "perfected" for their "living spaces". That is nothing but a naive idealistic notion. They get wounded, the get ill and they die. Some are better able in certain environments but nothing is perfect.
Meh, not impressed. Perfect camouflage? I can see them really clearly!

The wonders of evolution.
Yep...these little guys just willed themselves to become exact replicas of autumn leaves....all different colors.
Your fantasy is way more 'creative' than those of us who believe in Intelligent Design.
I know I've had two glasses of mead and part of a beer so far, so my reaction's probably a little more intense than usual, but dude that is freaking sick. Insects are freaking ninjas yo.
A spruce tree? Yes.But could you see them clearly if you saw them on a tree !
