My mother used to make the best Sometimes it was a two day affair with the oxtails cooking in liquid for the first day. Then refrigerating overnight. The next day it is very easy to take out the excessive fat, heat it up again, and then cook it with the vegetables. Yum!
I'm more into salami...spicy salami to be precise.
Not good for kissing breath
