I don't think they sold the parts, it probably looked more like this without the editing
Hospital representative/Doc: So, parent/s, I know this is a difficult question to ask you at such a time, but would it be possible to perhaps use the fetus for medical research? This has the potential to save many lives and help us in the study of illnesses. (Or something along those lines.)
Parent/s: Well, I guess so. You want me to sign this? Okay.
HR/Doc: Thank you very much madam/sir.
*Parts are delivered to relevant person/place*

Money exchange was most likely to cover other costs for travelling etc.

As long as the pro-life groups pay for it.
I would be against that, but I'm also against Western burial practices. They take up/waste too much space and many of them really amount to nothing more than taking even more from the earth while giving back so very little.

Second video shows Planned Parenthood doc haggling over price of fetal body parts | Fox News

Undercover people pretending to buy fetal baby parts catch Dr. Mary Gatter, who was president of the Planned Parenthood Medical Directors’ Council until 2014 and now works in a leadership and advisory capacity at the local and national level of the organization. Over drinks, Gatter and the undercover activists discuss “specimen” prices, eventually settling at $100 for "intact tissue."

Later in the article she wants the prices "bumped up" as she wants a Lamborghini.
Really?????
Selling aborted fetes in pieces parts to buy a fancy sports care?
That makes me sick!

Really think about this for a second. Do you think that organs go for a hundred dollars on the black market? Hell no! And this executive in this video repeatedly says that PP is not in the donation business to turn a profit. There's a good explanation of how this video is nonsense at the libertarian Reason site.

I get it, some people hate abortion. But this isn't about abortion, it is about organ and tissue donation. And it is not about profiting from the same of that organ and tissue donation.

Well sure. If they claim the bodies, like any other private citizen or entity or family, somebody then can be sure to have a medical professional on site to pronounce death, create and notarize a death certificate, transport the bodies to a mortuary, and then anyone in the group determined to be the executor can decide on arrangements for proper burial services.

But because taking such measures to completely follow through with their positions of ethics would cost a LOT of money, I doubt that they'd actually do it. Kind of like having proper burial and memorial services for miscarriages....still waiting to this day for pro-life groups to consider that an option for parents and to help provide or advocate for it.

Obviously she does, haha.
Interestingly, as I noted in one of my posts already, the transcript was released by the same group who edited the video. Not much is being made of the transcript though, I'd imagine because it shows how heavily the video is edited.

One wonders that since the goal was to present Planned Parenthood in the absolute worst light possible, the transcript was even released. But I suppose they knew PP would demand it at least (I would, regardless of who released the video) and the rabid fervor created by the video itself would insure no one who already believes PP is the devil despite all the good work they do would ever bother to challenge that worldview by reading the transcript.

Defund these monsters now.

A few years back the Indiana legislature defunded PP by cutting them out of the state budget altogether. It was a windfall for women's health care.
In the ensuing uproar PP finally had a chance to explain what they really do. They got enormous media coverage. And the donations poured in as a result. More than the state funding had been in the first place, by a substantial margin. Concerned citizens stepped up to the plate in a big way.

Then the pressure was so great that the state reinstated the funding, because Hoosiers realised that PP actually reduces abortions and also the social costs of people having babies that they can't afford to support.
