I'm run into a bit of trouble, I keep having to use a proxy to access this forum, for some reason, I keep getting a 403 (it says that I must be logged in). But I have not been banned.Please help.

It may be a problem with your cookies. Try cleaning them, or if it is easy for you, simply using another browser (say, Google Chrome instead of Firefox).

seems like your ip-block as whole has been black listed by the server where RF is hosted.
I think, only your isp can help you.
