No.can anything be observable; if there is no contrast?
so that contrast could also be us reflecting, mirroring. The ability to observe one's self must then be through contrast.
It must also follow that this contrast is created through the interacting of a mortal and immortal consciousness.
excellent movieso that contrast could also be us reflecting, mirroring.
reminds me of the george berkley quote: "to be is to be perceived"
and the line from cloud atlas.

can anything be observable; if there is no contrast?
can anything come up; if nothing came down?
I think for example that light can be observed without contrast.
light is contrast to dark. if it was all darkness, or all light, would you even know it as light?I think for example that light can be observed without contrast.
light is contrast to dark. if it was all darkness, or all light, would you even know it as light?
By my observations, light can be known without anything else. Darkness is really same as nothing, can nothing be known?
Light cannot be seen, its frequency range is far too high for the human eye to see.
What you do see is different intensities of colour on an object the light hits.
Not quite. We can perceive light in a certain range of frequencies. What we see from objects is reflected light.
