The left-hand side seemed reasonable choices on some items, but put some non-sequitur choices in as well. The right-hand side, however, was simply incoherent: setting a percent of budget for military spending if there is no size given. Percent for science? Anyone know what the current percent is? Pollution control ONLY for land, water and greenhouse gases? Etc.

However: the budget calculator is too simplistic. It seems to be using basic non-reality-based conservative ideas that taxes on the rich will drive away business, and researching new tech, investing in an educated youth/workforce, and protecting the environment only yield economic negatives. It is very short sighted in that way.
