My own brother is a psychopath and I had to leave him to protect my self against his attacks both mentally and physically. Do I still see him as my brother? Yes.
Would I ever see a person like him in any form of power, leader or otherwise like a person who could guide people to a better life? No.
He is not aware where I live and can never know, he would harm me again if he knew. I do not hate him or want any harm toward him at all. All I want for him is to get help.
My belief is that we're in an extraordinary time of the birth of the new and the passing of the old. The old does not go quietly but fights for its life with all the power it has left. The new needs to prove itself in that battle.
People are drawn to one side or the other according to whether or not they fear the new or welcome it. Ultimately the sides are not about one being perfectly good and the other perfectly evil. But it's about attraction affecting ordinary human beings.
This song, one of my favorites is about this. Some fear the Divine storm and some welcome it.
The storm clouds gather.

Not knowingly. But the fact that trump is a narcissist seemed blindingly obvious to me the first time I saw him and every one time since then. So I guess maybe lots of people just don't know the symptoms of the disorders you listed?

I would like to be able to vote for the person I think will do the better job.
But all I have been able to do thus far is vote against the person I think will do the worst job.
To answer the question, if you vote in a US Presidential Election, you are voting for one, if not more, of them.
